What you need to bring to your appointment

Please bring a long sleeved shirt, long legged pants and socks to wear during your body wrap. These clothes should be brought separately from the clothes you wear to the appointment as they will be very wet afterwards; too wet to wear home comfortably. Socks are worn to keep body heat from escaping through the feet. We will provide plenty of cool, fresh water to keep you hydrated.
